Dessert

  • Vanilla sugar

All the necessary products. Chocolate ganache I made in advance. 100 g of cream brought to the boil, added the pieces of broken chocolate, removed from heat and stirred until smooth. Cool, put it in the fridge overnight.

Banana cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a pan with a thick bottom pour the cane sugar and pour a spoonful of water, put on fire. The pan warm up gradually.

Mix thoroughly, dissolve the sugar.

When the surface will appear bubbles, spread the bananas. Bathe the banana slices in the caramel, turn over, remove from the heat.

Gently spread the banana slices in a pretty glasses and leave to cool. When they have cooled to room temperature, I put them in the fridge.

While the bananas are cooling, whisk the cream until stable peaks with powdered sugar, put into the fridge.

Assemble the dessert. Banana spread chocolate ganache, I did it with a confectionery syringe.
