Appetizer of radish in the sauce with chili
This snack acts as an aperitif. Whets the appetite before the main dish.

Ingredients

  • Radishes

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Sesame oil

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

First in olive oil, put the chili and let it infuse.

My radishes well, cut off the tails on both sides. And slightly razdelyaet flat side of a knife to crack (but not collapsed).

Perekleivat radishes in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and stir. Leave for 30 minutes to marinate.

Prepare the dressing for this mix sugar with soy sauce, add the butter, chilli and sesame. All mix well. With radish drain the separated liquid, pour the sauce and mix well.
