Stuffed cabbage with rice and pumpkin
Pumpkin - very tasty and useful vegetable, which contains a large amount of carotene and vitamins. In the pulp of the pumpkin contains a lot of valuable vitamin D.

Pumpkin flesh cut into small slices and stew in a pan with vegetable oil

Boil the rice until cooked

Mix the pumpkin and rice, add salt to taste

Cabbage leaves thoroughly wash, dry. Place on cabbage leaves, cooked pumpkin, rice stuffing, retreating from the edge. Wrap up like regular stuffed cabbage.

Put the cabbage rolls in a wide, low pan in a single layer, pour the mushroom broth and stew. Add tomato sauce, cover and simmer the cabbage rolls for 15 minutes
