Cooking
The Turkey cut into pieces ( as in goulash ). The fat into small pieces. In a pan melt the butter, add the sage. After 2-3 minutes add the Turkey and bacon.
To give a "browned" the meat on slow fire, add salt, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Then add diced cheese, cover and leave to simmer for another 10 minutes.
