Meat Chinese sweet and sour sauce
Recipe slightly adapted by our real products, but can be considered as its base and feel free to experiment by adding, for example, fresh or dried ground ginger, hot red pepper, etc. you Can add canned pineapple

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Pepper

  • Vegetables

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Meat is separable from all the excess and cut it into strips

Mix vegetables, carrot sticks and bell pepper cubes

Make the batter: in meat add soy sauce, starch and flour. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes

First fry meat, then add the onions, carrots and other vegetables. 3-5 minutes fry all together

Add the sauce: 4-5 tbsp tomato paste, 2-3 tbsp vinegar, 1.5-2 tbsp sugar (to taste) Simmer until cooked
