Baked lamb with prunes
For admirers of lamb and baked meat. One of the most delicious variations that I've tried.

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Cleanse the leg from films and excess fat (leave fat). Heat milk but do not boil. Pour in the cumin, ginger, Basil, pepper, heat for another 5-7 minutes. Pour the milk leg and leave it lay for a couple hours (the longer the better).

The remaining legs from the fat, RUB the baking sheet. Leg pulls out milk and nashpigovat in razrezki carrots, garlic and prunes. Sprinkle with salt on top.

Put the leg on a baking tray, and the remaining prunes and carrots there too. PY.Sy. leg of LAMB on proton estessno :))) Pour the milk, which was almacellas, and put in a preheated 220 deg. the oven.
