Chicken Breasts stuffed with apples, cheese and caramelized onions
The eternal problem in my family: despite all my arguments that the chicken bones are much juicier and more interesting in cooking, my family members call it "dead bird" and recognize only the chicken!!! So the other day I looked for recipes on the Internet, to have a little "cheer" white meat civilization... Found an American recipe for rolls of chicken breast stuffed with apples and cheese... Pickled in the evening chicken breast... But the next day was so busy that rolls to turn it once... But the taste didn't suffer from it...

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Marinade

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Spices

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

Marinate Breasts in mixture of olive oil, honey and lemon juice and put in the fridge. In a few hours they are ready. Each chicken fillet cut neatly in half with a thicker side. Spread between two polyethylene layers and hit the blunt side of a hammer.

Apple cut into small cubes, add to it a large part of cheese, a teaspoon of starch and 2 tablespoons of grated breadcrumbs.

Repulsed breast spread on a hot griddle and quickly fry in a tablespoon of olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side, just to brown. Remove from the pans and set aside.

In a pan, add a spoonful of sugar and give it a bit to melt. Add the onions and sacramentality, stirring, for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

The form vystelit 2 sheets of foil. 1. Put the first fried breast, 2. Spread on top of the Apple-cheese mixture 3. She put the second breast 4. On top of caramelized onions and leftover cheese. Pack it all tightly in the top sheet of foil and place in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil, place in a deep dish.

Cut into portions with a sharp knife. Serve with mashed potatoes, pouring the resulting sauce!
