Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

  • Jam

Cooking

Mix flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, cocoa, nuts, salt.

Add the egg yolk and the butter, cut into pieces. Mix thoroughly, adding a little water.

Forming a ball.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, form of them cakes.

In the center add the berry jam.

Protein and remaining sugar, beat to a froth and cover the cake. Put into the oven for an hour (150-160*C)

At low temperatures the protein will not have time to burn and are dried.
