This recipe I spotted in a Turkish food magazine. Had a wonderful cake. And sweet and tender and not dry. I hope someone will want to try Muzlu pasta (turets.-cake with banana) :)

Cooking
Carefully whisk 4 eggs with a glass of sugar. Margarine (100-110g) to melt, to cool, mix with yogurt.
Add to eggs with sugar. Mix well. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
A little stir or beat with a mixer. Bake in the greased or use baking paper. Shape diameter 24-25 cm Bake in preheated to 180 degrees. the oven for about 30 minutes.
Make the cream. Milk mixed with 1 Cup. sugar, yolk of 1 egg, 5 table. L. flour. Put on a slow fire. Stirring, cook until thick (the cream almost starts to boil). Remove from heat and add 2 table. l margarine and vanilla sugar. Stir well and leave to cool until slightly warm.
When the cake has cooled, cut it into 2 parts. Bananas (3 PCs.) must be crushed with a fork or a blender (this sauce will go to the middle layer of the cake).
Take the bottom part of the cake, grease it with half of cream.
On top of the cream is evenly distributed with mashed banana.
Further, the upper part of layer flesh up. And again cream.
The remaining 2 bananas we cut thin slices and spread on top of cake.
Melt the chocolate (you can add quite a bit of milk) and pour the cake with chocolate. Cake before serving should stand for at least 4 hours in the cold.
