The recipe for this Danish national pie known for a long time. On the Internet there are two options they differ in the number of ingredients, but composition is almost identical. I was surprised that this pie is not present, because, as strange as it sounds, absolutely diet pie. It absolutely contains no oil, low sugar and flour... but the taste... lover of oatmeal and oatmeal cookies. To prepare the products. Prescription put 500 g of cereal, but with the amount of batter was so thick that even the spoon does not rotate, I diluted it with yogurt. So I decided that 500 is too much, or it is necessary to increase the amount of milk or reduce amount of cereal.
Soak raisins in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain the water. Almond grind in a blender into fine crumbs. Milk slightly warmed, add the oat flakes, leaving 2 tbsp for topping, stir and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Cloves and cardamom seeds are carefully crushed in a mortar.
If you don't have the spices, don't worry, they can be easily replaced with a dry mix for mulled wine, it comprises all you need.
Egg mix with sugar white. Add in ground oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
Sift flour, mix with baking powder, add the almonds, raisins and lemon zest. Enter the resulting dry mixture of oats, egg mass and carefully knead the dough.
Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom salt to taste and mix well.
Round baking dish 22 cm diameter greased with butter, sprinkle delayed cereal, put the dough and smooth the surface.
Preheat the oven to 180*C, put the form with the dough and bake for about 40-50 minutes. The cake should be covered with a crispy crust, and when you myakish will be a little bounce. Ready pie cool slightly, remove from the mold and turn on the grill, then allow to cool completely.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
