Description
Saw this recipe in a cooking magazine and wondered. The cakes on the baking powder? But why not! Different circumstances, lack of time on the yeast, or fermenting dough or other reasons, now is not released from the obligation to bake mud pies personally to the main spring holiday ))). Our family are the muffin cakes; loved it! Maybe you'll appreciate this recipe.

Cooking
Raisins pour brandy. In a saucepan combine the milk, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Add flour, sifted with baking powder. Stir and remove from heat.
Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa mix with mixer, then add the nuts (I have almonds chopped) and the raisins. Since the recipe didn't indicate what dough should be cooled, I added all at once in the warm dough.
Spread the dough in a greased forms, filling them halfway. I used a cardboard coffee cups, right when baked they are a bit ripped at the seams ))) so that it is better, probably the furnace in the usual forms that the dough was growing up.
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 1 hour. Let cool and decorate with powdered sugar or a glaze.
