Salad hot because everything is cooked, but not just in water but in wine and tomato juice! Fragrant vegetable salad with a taste of familiar mushrooms and sauce!
The tomatoes and slice the mushrooms and add to the vegetables, fry, pour the wine and tomato juice. Season with salt and pepper, simmer 20 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with herbs and serve. Bon appetit.
