Taramosalata
The first day of the Easter lent in Greece, "clean Monday", is widely celebrated. Going meal with meatless dishes: various seafood, salt, olives, delicious breads and taramasalata. This salad, in fact - pasta-sauce-sauce, is made on the basis of taramas-caviar cod fish.

Ingredients

  • Caviar

  • Lemon

  • Olive oil

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp
