Carp baked
Carp stuffed with egg and onion. As always - simply, quickly and economically.

Ingredients

  • Carp

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

Clean my carp. Cook the eggs.

Finely chopped onion fry in a skillet in a small amount of sunflower oil. (do not fry)

Then finely chop eggs and mix with fried onions. Salt, pepper

With this mixture stuff the pre-salted carp. Spread on a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil. Put bake in the oven at 175º for about 40 minutes, periodically pour the separated juice.

P. S. This dish I cooked while in Ukraine. But, as in the moment, live in Portugal, there are carp there, so I tried to cook with sea fish (dourada for example). It turns out very tasty!
