Spicy casserole with eggplant
Delicious! It's just... delicious!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Sunflower oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 piece

Peel eggplant, cut into strips and marinade for at least 15 minutes in soy sauce.

Then fry over high heat until Golden brown.

Chop the onion and carrots.

Also, tomatoes.

Prepare the sauce: peel a whole head of garlic. A couple of cloves chop finely, shred the rest and add to the sour cream. There add the soy sauce left over after marinating - 3-4 tbsp

Add to the egg mixture and whisk.

Form grease pods.butter, spread half of the eggplant, top with tomatoes, parsley, some of the chopped garlic.

Add the onion, carrots. I added minced chicken, but it is possible and without meat - so good! Salt the first time, sprinkle with sliced garlic.(For fans of very sharp can добавить1/part 4 hot peppers, chopped.)

On top put another piece of eggplant, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with dill.

Put in oven for 30 minutes.

Casserole will be ready to keep up with the forms.
