Description
Light, homemade, very simple in execution biscotti (Bulgarian cuisine) is very good in combination with cocoa or coffee with cream. Very nice crunch. For me the most important thing is that all cooking together with the baking takes approximately 45 minutes.

Cooking
RUB the eggs with sugar, add softened butter, baking soda, flour (I add by eye about 1 kg), 0.5 teaspoon soda, quenched with vinegar, vanilla, nutmeg, poppy seeds, cinnamon and cognac. Knead a thick buttery dough.
Divide the dough into pieces. Every part of velvety in the thickness about 1 cm, not more. From rolled seam cut glass circles or special shapes of figures, or to cut curly with a knife into diamonds and squares.
Put on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes. Try not to overdo otherwise the cookies will be very hard.
