Subred the forest nuts
Shortbread. Another type of cookie for Christmas.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Forest nuts

    150 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Forest nuts

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

The products that we need.

Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, ground hazelnuts and vanilla sugar. Separately beat the butter with the sugar about 2 to 4 minutes. Combine both mixtures and knead a smooth dough. Preferably the dough to cool.

Form sausages of approximately 20 grams. For purity of experiment, so to speak, I measured out 20 grams on the scales, it came out exactly 25 sausages.

Put on a baking tray lined with paper, at a distance of about 3 cm. Bake in the heated oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool.

Chocolate melt in a water bath, dip the tip of our sausages in the chocolate, let excess chocolate drain, and then drop in the chopped nuts.

Allow to harden the chocolate, meanwhile, brew tea, well, or coffee and... enjoy!
