Quick fish pie puff pastry
A quick dinner for two. Without challenges and problems. Puff pastry, cheese and fish and a little pepper - a lovely dinner.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    160 g

  • Puff pastry

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    120 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.17 tsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.17 tsp

  • Pepper

    0.2 piece

The dough is thawed, a little roll. On half of the dough sprinkle some bread crumbs, put fish (any fish), salt, pepper, spices. Sprinkle grated cheese on the cheese slice red bell pepper. The second half of the dough roll out with a roller of mesh slicing, a bit of a stretch.

Cover the cake with netting, the edges of the dough to moisten with cold water and a little take. For 5 min before sending the pie into the oven brush with beaten egg. Bake in preheated oven to 220 C, for about 25 minutes, until Golden brown.
