Chocolate chip cookies with pistachios
The cookies turned out very tasty. Crispy crust, soft inside with a salty taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    25 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Baking powder

    5 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, butter room temperature, salt. Good to grind by hand.

Add egg yolk, chopped nuts and milk. Mix well.

Gather the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic bag and put in the cold for 30 minutes.

After a time, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, approximately. Cut the cookies using cookie cutters.

Put biscuits on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the cookies on the upper level, 12-15 minutes. Cookies should not brown on top, and it will stay soft.
