Description
After reading an article about wild rice on the main page, I noticed on one secret: "Wild rice is very good in salads, soups, all hot and cold dishes, but, in secret, he is best suited to the fish." And then instantly I decided to try it with herring. What can I say - the result really liked.

Cooking
In boiling water add rice (1 portion of rice, 3 portions of water), cook on a low heat, covered for 30 minutes, at the end of cooking salt.
While the rice is cooking, prepare the paste: Herring, cleaned and cut into pieces, if it has eggs, add it also to the pate. Carrot (carrot gives the pâté a beautiful colour) and an onion peeled and also cut into medium pieces.
Scrolled all through a meat grinder together with butter or blend them.
Salt, pepper. The pate is ready.
To the rice add the eggs, sour cream, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
With a spoon spread the mass on a heated pan with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Ready pancakes spread on a paper towel in order to soak up excess oil.
On pancakes put the paste, even out.
Proslaivaet lettuce, on top of the fritters and the pate and decorate, you can sour berry or onion rings. The top I decorated with pate pastry syringe and red currants. Bon appetit!
