There are a lot of recipes with eggs in a piece of bread, but they are all made differently. So imagine my version of a Breakfast of eggs and bread))) step-by-Step photos turned out a lot - I tried to convey as I did ; -)

Cut a piece of white bread. A piece cut thicker, probably cm 2 - 2,5.
Now our task is to cut the flesh of the bread, but not all, and you need to leave the bottom of the pulp. On top of the slice circle cut in the crumb, but not completely. Then the side closer to the bottom, cut a little piece of bread with a knife and take out a little bread crumb.
Then it's easier. Neatly top cut the remaining flesh. Do all this carefully, that would not be done in the bottom hole.
That turned a "basket" of bread. Break egg in, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top cover egg with pieces of bread.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a pan with hot butter. Fry on low heat under closed lid until cooked eggs.
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
