Delicious pilaf from pork combined with crisp rice and vegetables - one of the favorite dishes of our family.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Turmeric

  • Spices

Cooking

Soak rice for four hours in cold water.

Cut pork and put in a saucepan.

The pork directly in the pan mix with spices, add olive oil and fry until Golden brown.

Then add the carrots and fry all together.

Then add the rice and fill with boiling water at a distance of 1 cm from the rice, not stir, cover and simmer until the water has evaporated.

Then add turmeric for color, mix everything and leave the stew on small fire for 2-3 minutes.
