German cake
When we went to my mom's friend in Germany, we were treated to a magnificent cake.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Berry

1. For the dough: For the dough mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add the chopped pieces of cold butter and 6 tablespoons of water. Knead homogeneous dough. Wrap in plastic wrap for an hour refrigerate.

2. Remove dough from refrigerator, roll it out and put it into the form and pressing down with fingers spread over the form. This is done very easily as the dough is elastic. Prick with a fork.

3. On top put the load with rice or beans. Put the form with the dough in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 190 degrees and bake another 15-20 min 15-20 min to remove the burden from the test. Then continue baking another 10-15 min.

4. The dough is ready when it is pale Golden brown, the edges of the color more rich and the dough is still soft to the touch, but it will be firmer after cooling. Cool completely.

5. Pudding (brought from Germany, but we can buy the same)

7. A ready pudding to put in the base for the cake and distribute evenly.

8. Put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

9.Cake out of the fridge and on top of the pudding evenly spread the berries (fruits).
