Apples on a stick in caramel
Perfect dessert for kid's parties.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • The food dye

  • Citric acid

  • Coconut shavings

The recipe is for 5 small apples. Wash the apples and wipe them well.

In the apples to stick sticks (I had fireplace matches).

The sugar and water to boil on low heat until transparent (a drop of syrup should instantly harden in cold water), then add a bit of citric acid (with acid it is important not to overdo it), food coloring.

Bring to boil, after boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum.

Dip the apples in caramel. Spread on parchment paper, greased with butter.

You can decorate with coconut flakes or colored powder, etc. to cool (you can put it in the refrigerator).
