Vegetable pie-Changeling
This pie is wonderful because it cooks very quickly of the products that is always home. And today - friends called and said come over for tea in two hours. I know they are Fasting. Thus was born the pie.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    5 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Frying pan (diameter 28 cm) greased with vegetable oil.

Pour 4 tbsp of sugar.

Remove Apple core. Can peel. This time I did.

Cut them into wedges.

And randomly spread on the sugar.

Jam, remaining sugar, honey, vanilla, salt, vegetable oil and water miscible.

Add flour and soda, knead the dough (in baking, where there is honey, soda never additionally not extinguished).
