Cake-pie
Actually this is my recipe for delicious, tender cake with juicy slices of kiwi and poppy seeds with the subtle aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. I pie cut into two parts, I missed cream and was very savory cake that disappeared in one night!

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Kiwi peel and cut into cubes, add poppy seeds, mix well. Set aside until the side.

Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar in a thick lush foam, add the cinnamon and whip again.

Add sour cream, condensed milk, kiwi poppy seed, mix well. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder. All this beat with a mixer. Put the dough in a greased form. I have a form with a diameter of 26cm.

Bake at 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The willingness of cake to check with a toothpick by piercing in the center. You can have the cake and eat, it is so tender, flavorful, with juicy slices of kiwi...yum-yum! And if you want to make a cake, then go ahead!
