Carrot salad in Korean with chicken
The thrill of carrots offer easy to prepare, flavorful salad.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cilantro

Take a carrot and grate into thin strips.

Add squeezed garlic, vinegar, coriander and chili pepper flakes.

Pour sweet soy sauce Kikkoman.

Heats oil and pour on top of the seasonings.

Stir.

Take chicken: boiled or roasted; cut into strips. Add the chicken to the carrots. Also add finely chopped coriander. Mix the salad, allow to infuse for about 2 hours more.
