Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Dry white wine

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Trout

    2 piece

  • Spices

My trout, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices and put on baking tray. Also put coarsely chopped onions.

And put it on the fish. Close with foil and send in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Bake at 200*C. after 20 minutes, open the fish and bake for 20 min. at a temperature of 170*C
