Fish casserole in avocado
Good in hot or cold for a light dinner, and with a side dish of rice noodles with soy sauce for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Fish

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Chili

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Finely chopped onion and garlic put in the oil

add the finely sliced fish (I added parsley), cook 7-8 minutes.

Avocado is cut, sprinkle with lemon juice, not darkened, remove the flesh from the bone

the pulp mash with a fork, add the fish, sour cream, salt, pepper, wine, chili. Mix well

and stuff the avocado skins

and bake in preheated to 200* oven for 10-15 minutes.

All a pleasant appetite! Garnish well suited rice noodles with soy sauce.
