Fish with mushroom sauce
Continue to experiment with fish. So many good recipes on the site that can't resist not to try something myself. In this recipe are the fish and favorite product in our family - mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Ginger

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Fish fillets

    350 g

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into pieces, dip them in flour (salt, pepper)

Fry in butter until Golden brown

Dry the pan sprinkle with pepper, salt and ginger. Add the oil and chopped onion. Fry the onions until transparent and add to it the chopped mushrooms (I had mushrooms slices).

Stew the mushrooms and onions until liquid. Then pour in the yogurt and simmer for another 10 minutes.

From top to pour sour cream and mayonnaise and send it in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

After you get it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Again put into the oven until the cheese did not turn into a Golden crust.
