Ginger cupcakes
Wanted something for tea, but one recipe does not have milk for another peel... combined a few recipes and turned out well, very tender muffins with ginger and juicy filling! They just melt in your mouth!!! You are all invited to tea!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Honey

    0.333 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.25 cup

  • Strawberry

    10 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Whisk the eggs, add the honey and beat again

Add egg-honey mixture to dry ingredients. Whisk again

Add the sunflower oil. And, believe it or not, again beat! :-)

Pour the batter over the cups, put in each berry. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes

Get the cupcakes.

And prepare the glaze: mix lemon juice with powdered sugar, add water.

Spread it very quickly - it instantly freezes. And call home to drink tea!!! Bon appetit!!!
