Vegetable salad
I was very interested to cook and taste all the famous salad in this version. He surpassed all my expectations - it turned out delicious, juicy and, not least, helpful. My husband also appreciated. In addition special attention is given sauce dressing based on beans and sunflower oil.

Ingredients

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sea Kale

    150 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Sunflower oil

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Powder mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

Cooking

Now almost everything we need. Potatoes, carrots and beets to boil. Peel the onion.

With beans drain the liquid, without fanaticism (I left a little bit), put in blender, add salt, sugar, mustard (I think that you can take and ready, but then you need to consider its salinity, so as not to oversalt). Grind, then pour in the oil, whisking each time.

In the end, add lemon juice and beat again. The sauce can be adjusted to your taste, but we specified the proportions were just. Of course, if desired, this sauce can be replaced by vegetable mayonnaise.

In a salad bowl at the bottom put chopped red onion and a little sauce.

Distribute on top of sea Kale (without the marinade) the sauce not oil.
