Stewed potatoes with chicken hearts
All the familiar stewed potatoes. But not with meat, and chicken hearts. Delicious and simple.

Ingredients

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

Cooking

Hearts to wash, to put out (adding sunflower oil) until the water, salt.

Add the carrots (grated on a grater), onion (cut in half rings or diced) and garlic, fry.

Tomato paste to mix with the contents.

Add the peeled and diced potatoes and cover with water, as in the photo. When boiling, season with salt and pepper.

Simmer over low heat until tender. As is almost ready, throw the greens (who he loves). My family loves a bit of boiled potatoes. Bon appetit!
