Deviled eggs
For variety holiday table, offer to make eggs stuffed with canned sardines.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

Cook eggs "hard boiled", cool, clean the shell, cut it in half. carefully remove the yolks. From canned food to drain the oil, remove the bones, mash with a fork. Boiled carrots to clear, RUB on a small grater.

Add cheese and yolks, grated on a fine grater.

For dressing mix sour cream, mustard and soy sauce. I used natural sauce TM Kikkoman.

Fish weight and season with a sauce. Mix well.

Using a pastry bag or spoon to fill half of proteins the resulting mass.
