Some salad recipes with soy sauce at first glance to be too simple. However, this impression is deceptive. For example, prepare this delicious and spicy salad.

Cooking
The mushrooms I took canned. More like boiled, so first they have to marinate. Put the mushrooms in a bowl, add the garlic, passed through the press, 0.5 tsp coriander and paprika and 1/4 tsp. dry thyme. Add wine vinegar and soy sauce.
Strips of zest cut into fine strips and add to mushrooms. Mix well. Leave to marinate for about two hours, stirring occasionally.
With peas, drain the liquid. Put in a salad bowl.
Mushrooms, if large, cut into 4 pieces. Ham cut into cubes. Cilantro wash, drain and finely chop. To add to the salad.
For filling sauce, marinade, remaining after mushroom drain (or drain - optional), add oil, mix and season salad.
