Mushroom salad in the Chinese way
Best use of soy sauce - of course, fresh Asian cuisine, for which it was invented in the distant past. China, Korea, Japan, Thailand – bright flavors, exotic colors. And – nothing complicated, the main thing – a good soy sauce like "Kikkoman". For example, in this mushroom salad with beef and vegetables - try it!

  • Vegetable oil

  • Corn starch

  • Sesame oil

The meat – stripped bovine pulp – wash, dry well and cut into thin wedges. Vegetables washed and cleaned. Chop the onion and peppers corners, garlic arrows - sleepers, and mushrooms if the mushrooms – leave whole. If other, then cut into pieces according to the peppers. Ginger chop finely.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the mushrooms until it will turn brown. Add beef and stir fry until whitening of meat.

Add peppers and heat until fragrant. Pour soy sauce "Kikkoman" and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sweet and sour flavored sauce "Sukiyaki" from Kikkoman, garlic arrows and put out another minute.

To drop a little spicy and flavorful pepper sauce "Sriracha" from "Kikkoman" and stir. Add onions and heat, stirring, for a few minutes.

Dissolve the starch in 50 ml boiling water and pour into dish. Actively stir. Pour a spoon of sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, stir and turn off heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Allow to cool and serve the salad, sprinkle more sesame seeds and green onions.
