Greek bean soup
Greek cuisine is rich in flavor and variety, even compared with similar Mediterranean cuisines; it is widely represented a variety of soups. Ancient bean soup - one of the most beloved and well-known. In different regions it is prepared in different ways. I will talk about a very simple vegetarian soup. So, prepare fasolada.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Olives

    100 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

Cooking

White kidney beans middle size the evening soak in cold water. The next day fill with water, boil 15 minutes, drain off water, add cold and boil again until tender, 1 hour.

Vegetables cleaned, cut,

Fry in olive oil until soft.

Then add the tomato.

Fried vegetables add to the almost ready bean, continue to cook.

The result here is a bean soup.

Soup dressed with spices, add spicy ground pepper, olive oil, allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes and serve, accompanied by pickled onions, olives, olive oil and dried peppers. Each adds to my plate to taste.
