My eggplant and peeled.
Tomatoes and mozzarella cut into arbitrarily.
Eggplant fry in vegetable oil. Add Kikkoman soy sauce and a little ground garlic.
Fry until cooked. Spread on a plate eggplant, tomatoes and mozzarella. Optional sprinkle with lemon juice.
