Fry for 3 minutes, carrots and potatoes, add the tomatoes, stir for a few minutes, pour hot broth, bring to a boil and cook under lid on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the pan 2-3 tbsp of vegetables, the remaining contents of the pan to blend (I do this directly in the pan, immersion blender). Salt and pepper to taste, put in soup, rice and vegetables postponed.
