National Azerbaijani dish made of meat, herbs and pumpkin. Very tender, juicy, flavorful Qutab.

Cooking
Clean the pumpkin, cut into pieces, cover with water and cook until ready under the lid. Bring to a puree.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. In Kasturi pumpkin open the lid and cook until evaporation of water. Pomegranate clear.
Knead the dough. Pour a Cup of WARM WATER, salt and flour (flour, of course, what anyone will fall, maybe someone need 1.5 cups). At the end of samecki on the palm - coffee llike vegetable oil and punch down dough.
That is obtained the dough: soft, not sticky, like a pita bread (no yeast).
I usually roll the dough into balls (not to be scraps, can roll into a big one and cut out the shapes with plates).

and pomegranate seeds. For anyone doing the first, leave separately in a bowl of a pomegranate, sprinkle separately (see below).
Roll out the dough (ball), spread the filling (and sprinkle pomegranate) on one side
and cover with the second layer of dough.
Kutaby fry on medium heat with 2 sides in vegetable oil.
