Pumpkin Qutab
National Azerbaijani dish made of meat, herbs and pumpkin. Very tender, juicy, flavorful Qutab.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Garnet

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Clean the pumpkin, cut into pieces, cover with water and cook until ready under the lid. Bring to a puree.
