Potato gratin with chanterelles and chicken
Very tender and tasty dish, not difficult to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Of boiled potatoes make puree (without the liquid!) with the addition of butter, eggs, flour. Knead into a homogeneous mass without lumps. Pepper optional but better white.

Of these ingredients will be nadinochka: Chanterelle mushrooms (diced), sauteed with onions. Cabbage (diced) roasted, not burnt, add 50 ml of water. With drumsticks (I got fried), separate the meat, cut into cubes. Cheese - small cubes

Baking tray lay with foil (parchment), sprinkle with oil. Put half of the potato pulp into an even layer. She spread the filling, I did it in layers: -cabbage -chicken-mushrooms-cheese.

Bake until Golden brown, about 20 ~ 30 minutes! Take out and allow to stand for a bit.
