Cooking
Of boiled potatoes make puree (without the liquid!) with the addition of butter, eggs, flour. Knead into a homogeneous mass without lumps. Pepper optional but better white.

Baking tray lay with foil (parchment), sprinkle with oil. Put half of the potato pulp into an even layer. She spread the filling, I did it in layers: -cabbage -chicken-mushrooms-cheese.
For the filling lay out (carefully!) the second half of the potato mass, grease the top with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until Golden brown, about 20 ~ 30 minutes! Take out and allow to stand for a bit.
Cut into serving pieces, spread in a dish wide spatula to the entire beauty not to destroy it. And eaten with sour cream. Bon appetit!
