Meringue dessert
I have long wanted to learn to cook meringues, but I was afraid that will not work. And here was a chance - especially since the recipe from my favorite chef Jamie Oliver. Not happen just could not. The first experience may not be very pleasing appearance, but the taste is super. Try - easy, chocolate citrus dessert with a minimum set of products!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    2 piece

  • Pear

    6 piece

  • The sugar syrup

    150 ml

  • Orange zest

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

Separate the whites from the yolks and chill.

Beat egg whites in a solid foam, gradually adding salt and sugar until they are dissolved.

Covered baking paper baking tray and spread an uneven layer of proteins. The more uneven - more beautiful. Bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 50-55 minutes. At the same time to fry the bottom of the oven nuts.

Start making the cream. Melt 2 tiles of dark chocolate. Add syrup and orange zest. Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla. Add in the cooled chocolate.

Gently pour the cream on the meringue.
