Bright and spicy dish from the usual vegetables. Sunny and rich thanks to the soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Cooking
Wash the vegetables need to be cleaned and to dry out.
Cut everything into small cubes.
Heat the oil and quickly warm up to it the whole spices until the aroma development.
Onion – onions and green peppers. Stir a little then on a medium heat until transparent bow.
Add the zucchini. Simmer for three minutes. Sprinkle with sumac and ginger, add honey and lemon juice, simmer a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour vegetables light soy sauce "Kikkoman" and simmer for another three minutes.
Add the tomatoes and simmer for five minutes, also stirring occasionally.
Add finely chopped chili and shinkovannuyu herbs - cilantro and parsley. Stir on and off. Allow to cool and infuse.
Usually chutneys are served with rice or flat bread of chapatti, but with young potatoes with dill is also very tasty!
