Aspic
Why "Abracadabra"? Yes, because that aspic has it all: meat, vegetables, herbs, spices and even pickled cucumbers. All these ingredients combine perfectly and make the filler not only incredibly beautiful but also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    350 g

  • Water

    1000 ml

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Seasoning

    0.5 pack

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

Cooking

Meat fill with water and boil until tender. Salt the broth to taste.

Broth strain, add gelatin and while stirring heated to 60 C. the Gelatin needs to dissolve completely. Allow to cool. Pour 3/4 Cup of the broth and reserve.

The meat is cut into cubes.

Parsley and garlic grind them.

Pepper cut into small pieces and add to other ingredients.

Add dressing to cabbage pickle, pepper and stir.

Decompose shapes.

Pour the broth leaving a little space on the form. Put into the fridge to solidify.

In the remaining broth add the mayonnaise and stir until smooth.

When the aspic is well grabbed, top, fill it with broth with mayonnaise and give fully harden.
