Summer extravaganza
In our family, summer vegetable dishes - favorites of the table, this is one of them. Love the beans in this blend, its original taste, accentuated by the tomato and garlic flavors will impress her fans. Can be served as a side dish or as salad.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

With the beans to remove the ends, divide in half and boil for 5-7 minutes in salted water. Drain the water.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot on a coarse grater. Slightly brown onions in vegetable oil , then add the carrots, salt, pepper, a few moments under the cap to fry. Add tomato sauce or ketchup (with fresh tomatoes I do not like), mix well.
