Description
There are many recipes of eggplant. I came up with this dish here. It can and there is hot and cold.
Ingredients

Eggplant
1 kg

Chicken breast

Tomato
4 piece

Onion

Mayonnaise

Vegetable oil

Cheese
Cooking
Eggplant slice lengthwise and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
A breast of chicken boiled and finely chop. Chopped onion, tomatoes and eggplant (you can trim the edges and any non-standard) fry in vegetable oil.
Lay on a greased sheet of the eggplant rows.
on top of the eggplant spread the breast evenly.
On meat vegetables and mayonnaise.
Put in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Taking a little sprinkle with cheese and keep in the oven for five minutes.
