Description
Pkhali or Mali – Georgian appetizer, or rather a group of cooked greens or vegetables combined with nut sauce. A delicious and easy dish can be adapted to your taste, the main thing – to observe the proportions that the portions were good together, and the rest is your imagination.

Cooking
To roast beets, cool, peel, cut into cubes.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Rinse the herbs and grind them. Grind walnuts.
To combine in a blender the nuts, onion, garlic, herbs, wine vinegar, spices and salt. Grind until a homogeneous mass. Add beets to a blender and blend with the prepared dressing until smooth. Wet hands to form from the mass of the balls and place them on serving dish. Decorate with walnuts. Bon appetit!
