Stuffed eggs in breadcrumbs
This dish belongs to the Spanish kitchen. It turns out very hearty and delicious. Perfect for Breakfast and as snacks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

Prepare basic ingredients for meals. Next you need to boil 6 eggs in salted water for 15 minutes, cool, clean the shell.

To make the sauce: milk heated in the microwave. Olive oil to heat up in the pan, fry it in flour. Parts add to the pot of hot milk, whisking the mixture with a whisk and letting it boil. To the consistency of the sauce should resemble liquid sour cream. The sauce is ready add salt, nutmeg to taste.
