Description
This is a favorite cake of my dad. Baked as congratulation on the International father's day (this year celebrated on June 21). I hope You like it too.
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Sugar
1 cup

Sour cream
1 cup

Cheese
450 g

Margarine
100 g

Soda
0.5 tsp

Flour
1.5 cup

Berry
-
Vanilla sugar
1 pack
Cooking
Berries wash and dry.
Beat egg whites gradually adding sugar + vanilla sugar.
And then the egg yolks,
Sour cream,
Cheese,
Melted margarine,
Soda
And little by little the flour. The dough should get as thick sour cream. Amount of flour depends on the quality of cheese.
Pour the dough in a greased with margarine form.
Cover strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, pressing berries that fell into the dough.
Bake in the oven at 180, until tender, about 45 min.
