Unusual salad with homemade seaweed and squid with pickled onions and carrots. Light and tasty, perfect post, when permitted seafood.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Sea Kale

    400 g

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Chop the vegetables by chopping, boil the squid for 30 seconds. and, too, cut into strips
